Ingredients

    Mix yoghurt and salt

    Step1

    Add flour gradually, stir with a butter knife and then your hands to form a stiff dough

    Step2

    Knead on floured board until soft and sticky

    Step3

    Place in a bowl and let stand for 30 mins

    Step4

    Divide dough into four and roll into 20-25cm circles

    Step5

    Sprinkle spinach and feta over a half circle and add salt and pepper

    Step6

    Fold the dough to form a half circle and press the edges together

    Step7

    Brush with olive oil and fry, cook until golden brown.
